We want anyone to be able to use this website. If any part of it gets in your way, we would rather hear about it than have you give up on booking.

What we are working to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means every part of the site can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, text has enough contrast against its background to be read comfortably, images carry text descriptions, and the site works at any text size and on a phone.

Where we know we fall short

Some parts of this site are provided by other companies — the booking calendar, the intake forms, the financing application — and we do not control their code. If one of them blocks you, tell us and we will do the thing for you over the phone. That is not a workaround we are embarrassed by; it is faster than a form for most people anyway.
