Daily figures are simple math based on 84 days, not separate daily charges. Starter prices are charged once and cover the first 12 weeks. Starter pricing is for new patients, patients new to the medication, or patients with no injection in the past 60 days. After that, each period is 4 weeks: semaglutide pricing covers prescribed doses up to 2.4 mg per week, and tirzepatide pricing covers prescribed doses up to 15 mg per week. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Every price above includes:
The same provider every visit. Your location has one named prescriber, Raul Rodriguez, MD.
Come in, or stay online. Everything can be done online anywhere we are licensed, or you can be seen in person at one of our Houston-area locations.
Personalized nutrition planning. Included, not a separate charge.
A number that’s answered fast. A phone number that’s answered fast, and a real person when it matters.
Hot Topic
Hit a plateau, or the weight starts coming back? This is becoming more common, and a hot topic there may be more than one reason. We can help you discuss next steps with a provider.
Renews every 4 weeks. We email you before every charge. Cancel anytime.
The first-12-weeks figure is the total for the whole 12 weeks, not a per-refill rate. The $17 fee applies only to a standalone booked provider appointment. It does not apply to a telehealth purchase or other transaction, and no separate consultation fee is added when a purchase has already been made. Sales tax, card processing and any third-party financing fees are separate. Which medication is appropriate for you, and at what dose, is decided by a licensed provider after your evaluation — not at checkout.
Do I need insurance?
No. These are cash prices — nothing to file, no denials, no waiting. Care decisions are based on a provider evaluation; insurance does not determine clinical eligibility.
Can I cancel?
No-hassle cancellation, anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Do I have to come in?
No. Everything can be done online anywhere we are licensed. Or visit us in person at one of our Houston-area locations.
Will anyone actually follow up with me?
Yes. You get real check-ins, a phone number that’s answered fast, and nutrition coaching along the way. Plus a plan if you plateau, and a GLP-1 off-ramp for long-term planning.
How can I pay?
HSA and FSA cards, all major credit and debit cards, CareCredit and Cherry financing. Plus Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay.

Shipped to your door, or 3D body scans if you come in
Individual results will vary. This is not a guarantee of outcome.
Come in for a 3D body scan, a full health check, and a plan built around your body. The scan tracks selected body measurements so progress can be reviewed over time.
Step 2
Book your visit and meet a provider
Meet a provider by video from wherever you are. Same health check, same plan built around you, no drive and no waiting room.
Step 3
Come in and pick up your medication
If you are approved, your medication is ready at that first visit and you start the same day. We see you back in a month for your next scan and check-in.
Step 3
Your medication ships to your door
If you are approved, your medication goes out to you with everything you need to start. We check in by video a month later.

We understand that being overweight can be a burden. It effects you physically, mentally, and emotionally. Your overall health suffers and it can lead to more problems like obesity, pre-diabetes, diabetes, neuropathy, pain, depression, anxiety, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and the list goes on. We get it! Our team provides individualized, provider-directed weight-management care. Treatment recommendations are based on each patient’s evaluation and needs. No two people are the same therefore no two treatment plans are the same.
Side effects and risks depend on the medication and the patient. A provider reviews the current medication guide, contraindications, and warning signs before treatment. Contact your provider or dispensing pharmacy with questions; seek emergency care for severe or life-threatening symptoms. See the full list of side effects: Mayo Clinic — semaglutide · Mayo Clinic — tirzepatide.
How much weight will I lose?
Results vary from person to person. A licensed provider can explain realistic expectations based on your health history and care plan. No amount or pace of weight change is guaranteed.
Is compounded medication safe?
Our compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies in the United States, regulated by state boards of pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Your prescription is written by a provider specifically for you, based on your health history and your goals.
What if it stops working?
A stall can have more than one cause. A provider may review your treatment, symptoms, and whether additional evaluation is appropriate. Learn about our separate Paath referral option (learn about Path) to look for what is blocking your progress — thyroid, insulin, hormones, or other metabolic factors. We look for why it stalled instead of guessing.
What happens when I stop taking it?
Appetite usually returns, and without a plan, weight often comes back. A provider can discuss transition planning, nutrition, and follow-up rather than making an abrupt change without clinical guidance.
How fast will I get my medication?
Most orders arrive within 48 to 72 hours after a provider approves your prescription.
Do I need labs first?
Sometimes. Labs help a provider see the full picture, so ideally they come first — but it depends on your health history and it is the provider’s call.
What if I have a medical condition?
Tell us about it in your health questionnaire — that is what it is for. A provider reviews everything before anything is prescribed.
How do the doses go up?
We titrate — you start low and increase gradually. The first two months are mostly about titration, with the therapeutic dose usually starting around month three.
Can I switch medications?
Yes. If one is not working well for you, or the side effects are hard to tolerate, talk to a provider about switching.
What if I miss a dose?
Do not change your schedule based on general website information. Follow your pharmacy label and contact your provider or dispensing pharmacy for instructions about a missed dose.
Can I cancel?
No-hassle cancellation, anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Is my information private?
Yes. We follow HIPAA, your records stay in a secure medical system, and we do not sell your information.
