Yes. When clinically appropriate, our licensed providers may prescribe FDA-approved brand-name weight loss medications such as Wegovy® or Zepbound®.

Prescriptions for FDA-approved medications are sent to the patient’s pharmacy of choice or fulfilled through manufacturer-approved distribution channels.

Made Ya Skinny provides medical evaluation and prescription services only and does not manufacture, compound, or dispense FDA-approved branded medications.

Our monthly provider fee covers medical consultation, evaluation, and prescription management. Medication cost, availability, insurance coverage, and shipping are determined by the dispensing pharmacy or manufacturer-approved fulfillment partner and are outside of our control.

No. Made Ya Skinny does not dispense or sell FDA-approved branded medications. All FDA-approved prescriptions are fulfilled by licensed pharmacies or manufacturer-approved fulfillment partners.

Weekly injection-based medical weight loss programs — here is what it costs. Cash price, billed in advance. Same price in the office or by telehealth.

• Tirzepatide — $499 total for your first 12 weeks. After that it is $259 every 4 weeks at any dose.
• Semaglutide — $399 total for your first 12 weeks. After that it is $169 every 4 weeks at any dose.
• Prepay and it drops. Tirzepatide is $244, $224 or $199 every 4 weeks on a 3, 6 or 12 month plan. Semaglutide is $159, $147 or $136.

The first-12-weeks figure is the total for the whole 12 weeks, not a per-refill rate. Your consultation is $17 and is separate. Sales tax, card processing and any third-party financing fees are separate.

This GLP-1 pricing is the only fixed, published pricing we offer. Other services — InvisaRed body contouring, BHRT hormone therapy, nutrition coaching, and similar — are not one-size-fits-all, so they’re priced individually with you at your appointment based on what your treatment plan actually needs.

Which medication and dose is right for you is determined after a consultation with a licensed provider. Your program fee covers medical evaluation, provider oversight, and prescription management when applicable.

The cost of FDA-approved weight loss medications varies based on the medication prescribed, dosage, insurance coverage, and the dispensing pharmacy or manufacturer-approved fulfillment partner.

Because FDA-approved medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies or manufacturer-approved distribution channels, Made Ya Skinny does not set, control, or collect payment for the medication itself.

We are a cash-pay medical practice. Insurance coverage decisions for FDA-approved medications are determined by the patient’s insurance provider and dispensing pharmacy.

We accept cash (in-person), all major credit and debit cards, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, CareCredit, Cherry Finance, Zelle, and Venmo.

Yes. HSA and FSA funds may be used toward eligible medical services. That’s a great way to fund your care.

It’s easy to do! A credit decision is usually immediate. It is a financing decision only — it is not a medical approval, and it does not mean any medication has been prescribed. Then schedule a time on the calendar or send us a message and we will finish the rest manually.

A few words of advice — try Cherry Finance first, then apply for CareCredit, and pick the better of the two offers.

Make sure you put in an amount of credit you are requesting — it makes a difference. For example, if you plan to do 12 months of weekly weight loss injections, you want to request a credit limit of $5,500.

We totally understand that those monthly payments can be out of reach for several people, but this is where Made Ya Skinny really stands above other clinics. We offer several ways to lower your monthly payment with CareCredit and Cherry Finance. Financing can bring the monthly payment down a long way. What you pay depends on the amount financed, the term, and the offer you qualify for, which is set by the lender and not by us. We can help guide you through that process during your initial consultation.

After completing your online intake form, you will be scheduled to meet virtually with a Made Ya Skinny-affiliated healthcare provider to review your health history and determine if treatment is appropriate.

If indicated, your provider will discuss treatment options and recommend a personalized care plan. Prescriptions, when appropriate, are sent to the appropriate dispensing pharmacy.

Yes. Our telehealth program allows patients to receive care remotely.
