Nutrition Coaching

Most diets fail for the same reason. They were built for somebody else.

Your plan is built from your own numbers — your body composition scan, your lab work, your medications, and the way you actually eat during a normal week.

Why this matters on a weight management program

Losing weight is not the whole goal. Keeping muscle while you lose fat is what protects your metabolism and how you look at the end of it. Appetite drops on a GLP-1 program, which makes it easy to eat far too little protein without noticing.

  • A protein target you can actually hit
  • Enough food to protect muscle while fat comes off
  • Hydration and fiber, which head off the most common side effects
  • Adjustments when your appetite changes at a dose increase

How your plan is built

  • Start with a 3D body scan so we track fat and muscle, not just weight
  • Review labs and any conditions that change what you should eat
  • Talk through your real schedule — work, travel, family, cooking, budget
  • Build a plan around foods you will actually eat
  • Recheck and adjust as your body composition changes

Not a meal plan handout

A printed menu you follow for two weeks and abandon is not a plan. The point is to end up knowing how to feed yourself, so the result holds after the program ends.

Nutrition guidance is not a substitute for care from your primary physician, and is not medical nutrition therapy for a diagnosed condition unless your provider says so.

Individual results will vary. This is not a guarantee of outcome.
