Maybe you are already on hormone care. You take what you were given. You pay for it every month. And you still do not feel the way you hoped. Or you had blood work done and nobody walked you through it. That is a hard spot to be in, and it makes sense to want a second set of eyes. Here is what we can do. Ask for a secure portal link. Inside the portal, share your labs and what you take now. Our team reads all of it. Then you get a general plan in your portal that shows medicine by medicine what we would do if you were our patient. It is complimentary. You decide what happens next.
How it works
1. Ask for your portal link
On this page you give us four things: your name, date of birth, email, and mobile number. That is all. No labs, no medicines, no health details go on the public website.
2. Open your secure portal
We email you a one-time link to set up your portal login. The email has no health information in it. Your health details live only inside the secure patient portal.
3. Share your story in the portal
Upload your labs. Tell us what you take now and the doses. Tell us who looks after your care, what you pay today, and what is not working. Tell us what you want to feel different and why it matters to you.
4. We read everything
Our team reads every page. Our first reply, confirming we have your labs and answers, usually arrives in about a minute after you submit. If something is unclear, we may ask you a few more questions inside the portal.
5. Your general plan arrives in the portal
It usually follows in about five minutes. It is complimentary. It goes medicine by medicine, side by side with what you take now: what we would do, why, and how it could help you. Where your plan is already well built, we say so. If your history needs a doctor's eyes first, Dr. Raul Rodriguez reviews it before it is released. It names the medicines and the direction. It does not include exact doses, amounts, or lab target numbers.
6. You decide
If the general plan makes sense and you want us to carry it out, you choose a program and pay for it. That unlocks your specific plan: exact medicines, doses, how much is supplied, and lab goals. You approve it. Dr. Rodriguez reviews and signs it. Only then does anything go to a pharmacy. Nothing is ordered before that. If you choose not to move forward, you owe nothing and nothing else happens.
Name, date of birth, email, and mobile only. No health details on this page. Texas, 18 or older.
Who it is for
- You already see a hormone provider and you are not sure the plan is working for you.
- You take hormones now and want to know if anything is missing or could be done differently.
- You had blood work done and never got a plain-words walk-through of it.
- You want to know what your care costs you today and whether a different approach fits you better.
- You are in Texas and 18 or older.
What to have ready when you open your portal
- Your most recent blood work. A photo or PDF of the lab report is fine. Older labs help too.
- The medicines you take now, with the dose and how often you take each one. A photo of each label works.
- Who looks after your care now: a clinic, a doctor, or an online service.
- What you pay today. Itemized if you can: visits, medicines, labs. If you only know the total, that is fine.
- What is not working, what you want to feel different, and why it matters to you. Your words, as short or as long as you like.
What you get
- A general plan, written in plain words, inside your secure portal.
- Medicine by medicine, side by side with what you take now: what we would do, why, and how it could help you. For example: the same medicine at a higher amount, and why. Or a medicine you are not taking that we would add, and why.
- An honest read. Where your current plan is already well built, we say so.
- A doctor's review first when your history calls for it. If your case has a complication or needs his judgment, Dr. Raul Rodriguez, a licensed provider, reviews the general plan before it is released to you.
What this is not
- It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan.
- It does not include exact doses, quantities, or lab target numbers. Those come in the specific plan, after you choose a program.
- It does not judge your current provider. It shows what we would do if you were our patient, after our own full look at your case.
- It does not promise any health result.
- It does not replace the care you have now. Keep taking what you have been prescribed unless the provider who prescribed it tells you otherwise.
- It does not put you under any obligation. You owe nothing for the general plan, and you can stop at any point.
- It does not create a patient relationship or any obligation. You decide what to do next.
Your privacy
Nothing about your health is typed or uploaded on this public website. The form here asks only for your name, date of birth, email, and mobile. Your labs, medicines, and plan live only inside the secure patient portal, a HIPAA-covered system. Your general plan is delivered inside that portal, not by email.
Questions
Is it really complimentary?
Yes. The general plan has no charge. You can read it and do nothing else. You owe nothing.
What happens after the general plan?
That is up to you. If you want us to carry it out, you choose a program and pay for it. Then you get your specific plan with exact doses and lab goals. Dr. Rodriguez reviews and signs it, and only then does a pharmacy get involved. If you do not move forward, nothing else happens.
Why does the general plan not include exact doses?
Exact doses, amounts, and lab goals are a prescribing decision. They belong in a plan you have agreed to and a doctor has signed. The general plan shows the direction. The specific plan shows the numbers.
Do I have to leave my current provider?
No. Many people use the general plan to ask better questions at their next visit. Keep taking what you have been prescribed unless the provider who prescribed it tells you otherwise.
Why do you ask what I pay now?
Because cost is part of whether a plan works for you. Knowing what you pay today helps us talk straight with you about what a change would mean.
How fast will I hear back?
Our first reply, confirming we have your labs and answers, usually arrives in about a minute after you submit in the portal. The general plan usually follows in about five minutes. If your history needs a doctor's review first, it can take longer, and we tell you.
Does a doctor review the general plan?
When your history calls for it, yes. If your case has a complication, such as a history of cancer, stroke, heart attack, or blood clots, or anything that needs a doctor's judgment, Dr. Raul Rodriguez reviews the general plan before it is released. Every specific plan is always reviewed and signed by him before anything goes to a pharmacy.
Who sees my labs?
Our clinical team, and Dr. Raul Rodriguez when your case needs his review or when you move to a specific plan. Everything stays inside the secure patient portal, a HIPAA-covered system.
Do I type any health information on this website?
No. This page asks only for your name, date of birth, email, and mobile. Everything about your health goes in the secure portal after you log in.
Do I need to live in Texas?
Yes. We serve patients in Texas who are 18 or older.
