If a licensed provider decides this brand-name medication is appropriate for you, the prescription is sent to your pharmacy or an eligible manufacturer fulfillment service. What is Zepbound®?

Zepbound® is Eli Lilly and Company’s FDA-approved brand-name prescription medicine containing tirzepatide. Its uses, eligibility criteria, warnings, contraindications, and side effects are described in the manufacturer’s current prescribing information. Approval for a use does not mean the medicine is appropriate for every patient.

What happens at the consultation?

A licensed provider reviews your medical history, current medications, contraindications, and treatment goals. The provider may prescribe, request more information or laboratory testing, recommend another option, or decline treatment for safety reasons. Booking or paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

The $17 fee applies only when booking a standalone in-person appointment with a provider. It does not apply to a telehealth purchase or other transaction, and no separate consultation fee is added when a purchase has already been made.
